About This Scan
The Money Flow Index (MFI) works like RSI but also weighs volume, so a low reading means price has fallen on heavy trading. This scan lists NSE stocks whose MFI is below 20, the usual oversold threshold, on Rs 10 Cr of last-session turnover. How To Use This Scan
- •Wait for the turn. A green close above the prior candle's high, or MFI moving back above 20, is the usual sign that selling is easing.
- •Check the trend. An oversold reading above a rising 200 DMA has a better chance of a bounce than one in a falling stock.
- •Keep the stop below the recent low. This scan has not been back-tested for an edge.
