About This Scan
Smallcaps can fall far on a breakdown, and a screen limited to the Nifty Smallcap 250 keeps the list to listed, index-tracked names. This scan lists index members whose daily low reaches a new 20-day low on a red candle with at least 1.5 times normal volume, on Rs 5 Cr of last-session turnover. Scan Rules
Stock passes all of the below filters in the ALL segment using 1D candles:
- 1.Smallcap 250 member (1 = yes) equal to 1
- 2.Low less than or equal to 20-Day Low
- 3.Close less than Open
- 4.Relative Volume greater than or equal to 1.5
- 5.Traded Value (Rs lakh) greater than or equal to 500
