Who Can Access This ToolThis scanner is available for Advanced and Pro users. Data refreshes every 5 minutes during market hours, so you can monitor changes without manually checking each stock.
Important Trading ReminderTreat this as a decision support tool, not a guaranteed signal generator. Always confirm with price action, volume, and your risk plan before entering any trade.
Page Features
Choose expiry, switch Live mode on/off, open/close filter panel, and view updated results in one place.
Scanner Component Features
Symbol search, sector filter, sentiment filter, breakout status, unwinding strength, minimum OI filter, active triggers toggle, sorting, and pagination.
Opportunity Filtering
Narrow from all symbols to a small watchlist by combining trend side, writer unwinding, and nearby breakout conditions.
How This Tool Works (Simple Explanation)
Think of option writers as big players creating pressure zones. Highest Call OI often behaves like a ceiling and highest Put OI often behaves like a floor. When price breaks these zones and writers start unwinding, momentum can expand quickly. This page helps you quickly find those symbols instead of checking every option chain manually.
Step-by-Step: How to Filter Opportunities
Step 1: Select Expiry DateStart with the nearest relevant expiry so signals reflect current market positioning.
Step 2: Pick Market SideUse sentiment and breakout filters: Bullish for upside setups, Bearish for downside setups, Neutral for range stocks.
Step 3: Keep Stronger ParticipationApply minimum OI and unwinding level filters so weak names are removed and only meaningful activity remains.
Step 4: Turn On Active Triggers OnlyThis keeps stocks where price already crossed a key wall with unwinding, or is within roughly 2% of the wall with unwinding in progress.
Step 5: Sort and ShortlistSort by Signal Strength, Gap %, or OI Change %, then prepare a small watchlist. A trigger is stronger when price-action rules also agree.
All Controls You Can UseSearch by symbol, choose one or many sectors, switch sentiment (bullish/bearish/neutral), choose breakout status, set minimum OI, filter unwinding level (low/moderate/high), enable Active Triggers Only, sort by any major metric, and use pagination for larger lists.
Trigger Desk: Full Column Explanation
Top Strip: Trigger Desk | Symbols | Sorted by | TimeThis tells you how many symbols are currently visible after filters, which column the table is sorted by, and last refresh time. Use this first to confirm you are seeing fresh data.
CE PCR/TILTPCR@CE compares Put OI vs Call OI at the CE wall strike. Tilt@CE shows which side is heavier at that strike. Negative tilt means CE side is dominant.
PE PCR/TILTPCR@PE compares Put OI vs paired Call OI at the PE wall strike. Tilt@PE shows whether Put side or paired Call side is stronger there.
CE Desk / PE DeskShows strike, OI, and Chg %. In this table, negative change usually means writers are unwinding; positive means fresh build-up.
Call Side / Put SideGap % tells distance from wall in percent, Dist in points, and wall text tells location: Above, Below, or At CE/PE wall.
Symbol & Signal BlockContains symbol name, live price, sector tag, breakout badge, bias chip, signal score (0-100), progress bar, and TradingView quick-link icon.Breakout badges mean stage of move: Explosive strongest unwinding, Strong high unwinding, Moderate mild unwinding, Developing price crossed wall but writers are not unwinding strongly yet.Near +x% means distance to nearest wall. Smaller value means price is closer to a trigger zone.
Quick Reading Sequence (10-second scan)1) See breakout badge and bias. 2) Check CE/PE Chg % for unwinding direction. 3) Check Near % and Gap %. 4) Keep only names with liquidity and clear price confirmation.
Exact Numeric Thresholds Used in This ToolBreakout stage (Bullish): Price above CE strike. CE OI change % < -10 = Explosive, < -5 = Strong, < 0 = Moderate, otherwise Developing.Breakout stage (Bearish): Price below PE strike. PE OI change % < -10 = Explosive, < -5 = Strong, < 0 = Moderate, otherwise Developing.Unwinding filter: High = max abs(OI change %) >= 10, Moderate = >= 5 and < 10, Low = < 5.Active Trigger logic: Bullish breakout if price > CE strike and CE OI change < 0. Bullish near trigger if price is between 98% and 100% of CE strike and CE OI change < 0. Bearish breakout if price < PE strike and PE OI change < 0. Bearish near trigger if price is between 100% and 102% of PE strike and PE OI change < 0.Signal score (0-100): Neutral base is 50. For bullish/bearish breakout rows, score = 50 + (2 x abs unwinding %), capped at 100.
Practical Setup Checklist
Bullish Watchlist
  • Breakout status bullish or near bullish trigger
  • CE Chg OI % negative (call unwinding present)
  • Adequate OI and good liquidity
  • Price confirms with volume before entry
Bearish Watchlist
  • Breakout status bearish or near bearish trigger
  • PE Chg OI % negative (put unwinding present)
  • Adequate OI and good liquidity
  • Price confirms with volume before entry
Re-check every refresh cycle. If unwinding and breakout conditions fade, treat the setup as weaker and reduce risk.
